We are seeking part-time detail-oriented individuals who are also people- and pet-friendly to join our team. Part-time and full-time available for all positions.

Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:
-Client service
-Managing a multi-line phone system
-Obtaining appropriate medical histories
-Proper filing of client records and paperwork
-Assist in cleaning, stocking, and maintaining hospital and equipment
-Proper animal handling, including holding pets for doctors and technicians for treatments and blood draws
-Vaccination knowledge and protocols
-Client education
-Preparing invoices
-Handling cash and bank card transactions
-Able to lift 45-lb. dogs into/out of cages and onto/off of tables
-Able to hold all breeds of cats and dogs safely for treatments and blood draws (this often means getting down on the floor)
-Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented, outgoing, reliable, and honest
-Client service experience preferred
-Must be available to work holidays, evenings, and 3 Saturdays a month. (We are closed on Sundays and major holidays). Morning availability is a plus.
Kennel Attendant/Bather duties include, but are not limited to:
-walking dogs in our fenced-in area
-cleaning kennel cages and runs
-feeding appropriate diets
-general cleaning of clinic
-doing laundry
-bathing/drying cats and dogs
Requirements:
-Must be able to handle all breeds of dogs and cats
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be dependable, able to work in a team environment and unsupervised
-Must be available to work holidays and 2 weekends a month (Saturdays and Sundays).
-A.M. shift start time is 6:30 a.m., P.M. shift start time is 3:30 p.m.
-Experience is a plus but not necessary
